Three evenings at Victoria Hall: collage, Neil Diamond tribute and GODDO, October 16–18

Plan a Cobourg arts weekend with Friday’s Halloween collage social, Saturday’s Neil Diamond tribute and Sunday’s GODDO concert: verified times, locations and advertised prices.

Victoria Hall is the setting for three different evenings of arts and entertainment from Friday, October 16, to Sunday, October 18, 2026. A Halloween collage social takes place upstairs at the Art Gallery of Northumberland on Friday, followed by a Neil Diamond tribute in the Concert Hall on Saturday and GODDO on Sunday. These are separate, individually ticketed programmes, not a combined festival pass.

All three are in Cobourg’s Victoria Hall at 55 King Street West. The gallery is in the West Wing on the third floor; the concerts use the Concert Hall. All times below are local Eastern time.

Friday: make a Halloween collage

Collage and Cabernet — Creepy Edition runs October 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. The Art Gallery of Northumberland invites participants to create spooky collages, with its permanent collection providing inspiration. Materials and one alcoholic beverage are included, and additional beverages can be purchased.

The gallery advertises $15 for AGN members and $25 for non-members. Its programme description does not specify tax or booking-fee treatment. Because alcohol is included and a minimum participant age is not stated, confirm suitability with the gallery before booking; do not assume this is a children’s workshop. Read our full collage-event details and booking information.

Saturday: Will Chalmers performs Neil Diamond’s music

Solitary Man starts Saturday, October 17, at 7:30 p.m. Presented by Time Warp Promotions, the concert features Will Chalmers performing his Neil Diamond tribute. This is a tribute performance, not an appearance by Neil Diamond.

The official box office lists tickets at $56.69 all-in. The source does not give an age recommendation. See our Solitary Man event page for the venue, calendar download and secondary box-office link.

Sunday: GODDO performs Who Cares in full

GODDO takes the stage Sunday, October 18, at 7:30 p.m. The Blackrose Entertainment presentation is advertised in two parts: a first half drawn from the band’s songs, followed by the complete Who Cares album. The organizer also advertises a free meet-and-greet in the lobby after the show.

Tickets are listed at $63.96 all-in. No age recommendation is stated in the checked description. Read our GODDO event details for the on-site listing and ticket-purchase route.
