Submissions
If you submit information, we collect the name, email address, submission category, public source and message you provide. We use them to review your request, verify details and respond where appropriate. Submissions are stored privately in WordPress; email addresses are not published as directory fields.
Site operation
The hosting service may process access logs for security and delivery. The site uses WordPress and loads Google analytics tooling through Site Kit. Analytics tooling can process usage and device information and set cookies. You can manage cookies using your browser settings. Outbound websites have their own policies.
Your choices
No newsletter subscription is created by submitting a tip. We do not add you to marketing lists without separate consent. Request access, correction or deletion of your submission through the form, using the same email address and selecting privacy request.
Retention
We retain submissions while needed for editorial review and follow-up. Editors should remove unnecessary personal information after resolution. Published source records may be retained to support accuracy and corrections.
